Refund policy

At Pure Plank, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t fully satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund within 90 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, simply return the item in an undamaged condition. Returns showing excessive damage or missing parts may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

To start a return, email us at support@gopureplank.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and share instructions on how to send your item back.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days.
