If you trust the process and start a routine for only 5 min. You will be seeing results within a month or so. This is worth it. And not only is it worth it but it kills any back pain you've ever had.

I ordered this because I have limited time and space to work out. First experience with this type of workout. I'm able to get up a bit earlier and knock out the Beginner Workout (for now) before work. I feel like my balance is improving and core feels stronger. Definitely have seen my posture improve as well! I would like if the app was more set up with full workouts instead of individual videos. I've been mixing and matching as I have some physical limitations with elbow tendonitis. Hoping to advance the intensity and continue to feel stronger and look fitter as I continue with the program. I may not have kids but I want a Father Figure in my mid 40's!

The board definitely feels of quality but if you are a beginner and are on the heavier side I'd suggest getting a yoga mat as well, the board fits just fine on a 24"in. × 71"in. mat.

If they ever make a another version I think finding a way to allow a higher weight capacity, add stronger magnets to the timer, and maybe magnets on the handles to keep them secure that would be great!

Also some type of travel case or cover would be nice to prevent the board from being damaged.

The board is really sturdy and a great exercise tool. The box arrived damaged due to the rain and the contents inside were wet. Thankfully the items came individually wrapped otherwise I would have had to return. Overall, I highly recommend it and would order it again.

Great board, I agree with others on making the app a complete workout program instead of individual video lists. Most importantly to me, I'd like to see a narrow board option that could fir in a full size suit case for us travelers on the road.
