Great product to support body during plank. Makes a great exercise more accessible and easier on the back. The board is a little more slippery than I’d like, but very comfortable. The app is simple to use and not overwhelming for beginners.

Very reliable site/purchase. It stated 4 days for delivery and it was delivered in 2 days. I don’t know if I am one to write a review as I have Multiple Sclerosis and mobility issues. I use it and am capable of doing a plank and a one handed one raising my arm. So far so good I enjoy the product so far and hopefully I will build endurance. If I can use it with MS others will be able to benefit from it. I highly recommend the plank board.

Really helps with planks. I can go much longer and feel more comfortable doing planks all while still getting an amazing workout.

Works as advertised - makes doing the plank a bit easier and definitely more consistent - no more elbows sliding on the carpet. Would love it even more if the timer light was brighter - can't see it when using Plank in a dark bedroom first thing in the morning.

It’s helped me start planking on a regular basis. Love the padded part and the moveable handles. Allows for me to plank then switch it for my husband who’s much bigger and has a wider gripe and stance than me. I have neck and back issues from a car accident and hopeful it helps strengthen my muscles in a way that my weight lifting hasn’t been able to yet. Good product. The timer is kinda meh, I use the one on my phone cause the timer needs batteries and I’ve changed them and it still always work right .

It does not provide stability at all. It is too smooth and I slide. Even holding the handles. My plank time and stability is better without it when I thought it would improve it.

I have CMT Charcot Marie-Tooth Disease aka Motor and sensory neuropathy, I’ve had to adjust my workouts a lot as the condition has progressed, planking is really beneficial for my core and balance but was getting very difficult with the atrophy in my forearms and upper body, this is the perfect assist that makes the exercise accessible to me again, can do the side plank again too I’ve so much atrophy down my sides so being able to do the side plank again is great, overall this is a real blessing for me, love the workout mat too.

Will be perfect to help keep my form.

I ordered the PurePlank and when it arrived, set up only took a few minutes! Then, I gave it my first try...which turned into a second try. I've started my weightloss journey at 6'5" and 305lbs, and since adding the Pure Plank, I've already lost 14 pounds, and my arms and shoulders feel stronger, and I can engage my core with far better results in all my other exercises!

Yes, you don’t need it to do planks but the board certainly feels nicer than the floor and is a good reminder to make it happen!

Overall, it is built well and is easy to store. My main feedback is that the cushioned area is much firmer than expected. A bit more cushion or a softer material would enhance the The Plank.

The only thing I disliked about Pure Plank was the included timer, felt cheap and the buttons didn’t always work they would stick or I would have to press the button really hard for it to get it to stop or start or turn off. Maybe include a harder plastic one or a less cheap one

Love this thing...!

Planks are something I did quite frequently when I worked with a personal trainer, but I found them difficult not because of the core (that's _supposed_ to be difficult) but because the elbow support was lacking. This has made them comfortable enough to be consistent with them, and I've had success right off the bat.

I'll admit, I haven't been as consistent as I'd like to be. That being said, I am 100% supportive of the pure plank. My elbows & forearms are destroyed from years of skating which made planks the worst for me. This eliminates a big chunk of the pain & discomfort... now I just need to hone in on a routine

The Pure Plank is just what I was looking for. Because of a shoulder injury/surgery I can not do pushups anymore. Pure Plank allows me to continue to work on my core and with the app I was able to learn additional exercises. It is a good comfortable way to do various plank exercises.

I do three 1 min. Planks every morning before I go to play a game with my friends. The combination works for me.

Love it. Super easy to use. The tutorial videos are incredibly helpful for positioning / correct form and daily reminders of how the exercise is to be done. Love the different workout ideas to mix things up while keeping it challenging.

I'm still in early days (nearly 2 weeks of daily exercise) but I'm already noticing changes. I hate working out, but starting small (the 7 exercises for beginners) has gone well. I figure after a month or so, I'll try to move on to a higher difficulty. As far as the board itself, it's comfortable and helps me hold my positions well without sliding around on the floor. I've already recommended it to friends.

I got this after I had full hysterectomy 100 days ago. I’ll be 66 soon! I’m up to 1 minute. I was planking for 5-10 minutes before. This makes is so much easier! I like the timer too!

I'm 67 trying to get my abs like when I was 25, hopefully this plank will work. Very easy to use it doesn't take up much room at all. A good investment for everyone to use.

I like everything about the Pure Plank. It is comfortable and easier to do a plank exercise using the board than doing a traditional plank and it sits a little higher off the ground. It also has nice padding underneath so it doesn't slip and slide on a wood, vinyl, or other potential hard, slippery surface. The grips are very nice and convenient for different positioning on the board. I like the slot for your cell phone/smart phone in order to use the app. My only drawback was the digital timer that came with my Pure Plank did not work out of the box with the battery that came included; and it didn't work with another battery I tried. I wonder if Pure Plank can send me a replacement digital timer. I am looking forward to using the Pure Plank board to aid in my fitness goals.

I decided to start eating a good diet and working out. Im a huge fan of Chritian and just based on that, decided to order pure plank board. The results came surprisingly quick and highly recommended.

Love how durable and sturdy the plank board is. Having the adjustable handles, helps my form and I love the timer aspect as well keeps me from trying to set up my phone to track my workout.

I’m seriously happy that I bought a Pure Plank. Very solid, and well designed and made. The handles and the timer are nice additions to the board. The Pure Plank has made it much easier for me to actually look forward to doing planks every day!
